    Shared Leadership in Educational Institutions

    This course provides a comprehensive and practical perspective on applying the shared leadership model in an educational institution context. Participants will learn to understand the principles and benefits of shared leadership, build an organizational model suited to their own institution, distribute responsibilities and decision-making, and lead the necessary cultural change. The course combines instructor-led content, self-study, and reflective assignments through which participants develop a complete leadership system model for their own educational institution. The course draws on theories of shared leadership and source material from Larus Oy addressing organizational change.
